The braiding machine has a numerical control human-machine interface interactive control system and a knitting automatic mechanical structure. If the tension range to be changed is relatively large, the operator only needs to disassemble the piston bolt and replace the internal tension spring, which makes tension adjustment simple, accurate and fast. It provides a reliable guarantee for continuous high-speed weaving.
The control of the braiding pitch is calculated by the digital control program and matched with the servo motor to realize precise pitch control. The operator only needs to set the pitch through the human-machine dialogue touch screen. After setting, the touch screen will transmit the data to the PLC, and the PLC will control the speed of the servo motor of the execution unit, so as to drive the braiding disc motor and traction motor according to a certain speed ratio. Do the braiding work.
In the traditional braiding machine, the left-right-handed steel wires will cross each other when the left-handed steel wires are braided around the braided tube body, and the displacement of the intersection point will be caused by the tension error of the spindle.
